Initially you enter into the grand foyer that extends upward with the staircase to a secluded reading area in the upper foyer.

Other common areas include the quaint front parlor that welcomes its visitors in a comfortable warm embrace. Visitors can sit with their morning coffee or evening beverage and recap their adventures of the days past or plan for what awaits them later.

Adjacent to the parlor is the library adorned with dark rich woods and a favorite easy chair to relax and enjoy reading or just gazing out the west window to watch the sun set beneath Bays Mountain, a landmark seen in about any direction near Kingsport, Tennessee.

Next to the library is the warm and inviting dining room where breakfast can be taken before a flickering gas log fireplace in winter, or alfresco in summer on either the west or east porches.

Additionally, there is a welcoming and gracious event room that branches off the grand foyer and has the largest of the nine fireplaces in the manor. It can be used for catered weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, intimate dinners, board meeting day retreats, etc.
"Two's Company" - elegantly catered gourmet food for parties as small as two and as large as hundreds - is available on-site.
