Welcome to Arcadia Manor Bed & Breakfast. This country estate, listed on the National Registry of Historic Places since 1973, sits on 5.5 acres surrounded by log cabins and other pre-civil war structures that include a smoke house, corn crib, spring house and large log barn. The old stone stile (facility for mounting a horse) still stands in the front yard where many boxwoods of more than a hundred years grow. The manor consists of 10 rooms with original heart pine floors present throughout that show off the splendor of the large pine forests of days gone by. The rooms are decorated with European antiques, 18th. and 19th. century art work, and an array of oriental rugs.
